There are 30 offices of varying size available to prospective tenants who are registered charities and/or voluntary organisations. Rents are non-profit-making and include:

- Building insurance
- Repairs and maintenance
- Shared kitchen facility
- Reception service Monday to Friday 9.00 – 16.30
All our offices are maintained in excellent decorative order. Tenants are required to supply their own office furniture and telephone. The supply of an internet connection is negotiable.
All offices are subject to the completion of an annual licence agreement.
