We currently have 4 offices available to let & would be very happy to show any interested charity & community groups round & give details of our very reasonable terms.
We are the home of a variety of vital & much loved charities & offer a warm & friendly welcome to all our tenants & visitors. We also have 4 well equipped meeting rooms to hire. These can be booked by anyone & are suitable for everything from one to ones to training, workshops & group events for up to 25 people.

We aim to provide a friendly and welcoming working environment for all our charity tenants, with discounted meeting room use and reception services included.
Rents are non-profit-making and include: utilities, rates, insurance, repairs, maintenance, cleaning and shared kitchen facilities. A full reception service is provided Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 16.30.
