There are 30 offices of varying size available to prospective tenants who are registered charities and/or voluntary organisations. Rents are non-profit-making and include:

  • Shared kitchen facility
  • Reception service Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 16.30

All our offices are maintained in excellent decorative order.

Tenants are required to supply their own office furniture, although there may be furniture available from previous tenants on some occasions.

The supply of an internet connection is negotiable and tenants supply their own landline if required.

Offices are let by way of a 3 year lease with a minimum term of 6 months and 3 months notice required.
