Dancing for Well-Being

 

Dancing for Well-Being runs weekly sessions across the Harrogate district for adults with health and mobility issues. Sessions involve movement to music and a whole lot of laughter: our emphasis is on fun! We aim to exercise our social muscles as much as our physical ones and each group finishes with a hot drink, biscuits and a good natter.
